Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jli18," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the jli18 platform and all associated services available at jli18.vip.
• "Platform" means the jli18 website (jli18.vip), including all pages, subdomains, mobile interfaces, and progressive web app (PWA) versions.
• "User," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform, associated with a unique email address or Philippine mobile number.
• "Games" means all gambling products offered through the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and fishing games.
• "Real Money Balance" or "Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited by a User and held in their Account for the purpose of gameplay and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional credits awarded by jli18 subject to specific wagering requirements and terms as communicated at the time of award.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing jli18's operations.
• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, executive orders, and regulatory directives of the Republic of the Philippines that apply to online gambling operations and user conduct.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the jli18 Platform for real-money gambling is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing gambling. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

jli18 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any User at any time. If a User is found to be under 21, their Account will be immediately terminated, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any real-money deposits will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations. Bonus Credits associated with an underage account will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Philippine Residency and Access

The jli18 Platform is operated under PAGCOR regulatory authority and is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jli18 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jli18 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity details, mobile numbers, or email addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jli18 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and confiscate any funds, Bonus Credits, or winnings derived from duplicate registrations.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your Account, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. jli18 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension or withdrawal restriction.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email. jli18 will never ask you for your password via live chat, SMS, or email.

You must notify jli18 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. jli18 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your sharing of credentials with third parties.

jli18 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds a second verification layer (OTP to your registered mobile) beyond your password, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jli18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits:

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits to your jli18 Account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. Deposits are non-refundable once gameplay has commenced using those funds, except as required by applicable Philippine law.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be withheld pending completion of KYC procedures. Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to a method registered in your verified name. jli18 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended.

4.4 Currency

All Balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings on the jli18 Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversions are applied to deposits or withdrawals made via Philippine payment methods.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jli18 offers various promotional bonuses to registered users, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback credits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In case of conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet rules for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Credits before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those credits.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jli18 reserves the right to void Bonus Credits and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects abuse of bonus offers. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim single-claim promotions; structured betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; collusion with other players; and any conduct that jli18 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jli18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by Users who have validly claimed the promotion before the modification date.

Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on the jli18 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness, or physical random processes (for live dealer games) conducted under camera surveillance. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the certified mathematical configuration of each game.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the jli18 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Cheating, collusion, or use of software tools, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Creating multiple Accounts or registering under false or third-party identity;
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Engaging in any conduct that violates Applicable Laws of the Philippines.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Upon detection of prohibited conduct, jli18 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the User's Account, void any games, bets, or transactions related to the prohibited conduct, withhold or confiscate any winnings or Balance associated with the violation, and report the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities as required.

Responsible Gaming

jli18 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and the laws of the Philippines. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum allowable net losses over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict access to the Account and all associated services.

Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, jli18 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce it across the Platform. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new Account during the exclusion period; doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jli18 Platform — including but not limited to the jli18 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jli18 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other right, licence, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property is granted to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from jli18.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, jli18 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from your failure to maintain Account security;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Technical failures attributable to your device, browser, or internet service provider;
• Decisions made based on inaccurate information you provided during registration;
• Losses arising from a reliance on promotional materials that were clearly subject to change.

jli18's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall limit jli18's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Laws of the Philippines.

Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your jli18 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure at your request, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of any pending transactions and applicable processing fees) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

jli18 may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or supplementary terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of Applicable Laws;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• A regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority;
• Extended inactivity (as defined in jli18's inactive account policy);
• Any other conduct that jli18 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or jli18's regulatory obligations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the jli18 Platform, you agree to first contact jli18 customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators.

For unresolved disputes that require judicial proceedings, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Privacy and Data Protection

jli18's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting this Agreement, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The processing of your personal data complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

jli18 may share your personal information with PAGCOR, relevant law enforcement authorities, or financial institutions where required by Applicable Laws, including for Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

jli18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via their registered email address or via a notice displayed on the Platform no less than fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of obligations, and regulatory updates required by law) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.

Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms communicated to you, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jli18 regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 No Waiver

jli18's failure to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future instance.
